How do I request a quote?

Can I visit your factory in Ningbo?
Yes, we welcome buyer visits. Our factory is in Ningbo, Zhejiang — 2 hours by car from Shanghai Pudong Airport, 30 minutes from Ningbo Lishe International Airport. We can arrange pickup, hotel recommendations, and a factory tour with our design and production team. Please book at least 7 days in advance.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Custom samples are produced against your specifications (fabric, size, colour, hardware) and typically cost USD 50-200 per piece plus shipping. Sample fees are refundable against confirmed bulk orders above 1,000 pieces. Standard in-stock samples ship within 3 days.
What are your payment terms?
New customers: 30% T/T deposit, balance against copy of B/L. Repeat customers: net-30 terms available after 3 successful orders. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders placed through our Made-in-China or Alibaba stores.
What is the typical response time?
