What is the MOQ for commercial-grade parasols?
Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per model for commercial parasols. For very large hospitality projects (300+ pieces) we can offer tiered pricing and dedicated production slots. Mixed-model orders are accepted within the same size family.
What wind ratings do commercial parasols meet?
Our commercial range (DC-UP-216, DC-UP-205) is rated for Beaufort 6 winds (49-61 km/h) with the recommended base weight. Frames use 6063-T5 aluminum with 60-80 µm powder coating tested to ASTM B117 1,000-hour salt-spray. Heavy-duty wind vents reduce uplift by 30-40%.
Can you customize branding and printed logos on the canopy?
Yes. We support screen printing, heat-transfer printing and embroidery on canopies. One-colour logo printing starts at 50 pieces per design; full Pantone-matched printing starts at 100 pieces. We can also brand the packaging, instruction sheets and carry bags.
What warranty do you provide?
Frames carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and corrosion under normal use. Fabrics carry a 2-year warranty against colour fade (UV degradation beyond industry standards) and seam failure. Warranty is void if products are used outside our published specifications.
What is the lead time for bulk commercial orders?
Sample development: 15-20 days. Bulk production: 45-60 days for orders over 500 pieces due to dedicated capacity allocation. Repeat orders can often be produced in 30-40 days once the production schedule is established.
