What is the MOQ for outdoor cushions?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model. For first-time buyers or trial runs we can accommodate smaller orders. Cushion covers and foam cores are produced on the same line, so MOQ is per fabric-color combination.
What fabrics and foam cores do you offer?
We sew cushions in solution-dyed polyester (standard) or acrylic (premium) with UV 80+ rating and water-repellent finish. Foam options include high-resilience polyurethane, quick-dry reticulated foam, and dry-fast foam for marine exposure. All fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant.
Can you match custom colors or Pantone references?
Yes. Solution-dyed polyester can be colour-matched to any Pantone TPX reference with a 1,000-metre minimum fabric run. Custom colour lab-dip development takes 7-10 days for approval. Acrylic fabrics are available in 60 stock colours without custom MOQ.
What is the typical lead time for a cushion order?
Sample development: 15-20 days after artwork and fabric confirmation. Bulk production: 30-45 days depending on order size and complexity. Standard shipping is FOB Ningbo; CIF and DDP available on request.
Do you offer private-label packaging and labelling?
Yes. We provide custom poly-bag insertion, header cards, barcodes, retail boxes, master cartons, palletizing and container loading optimization. Private-label setup is one-time and can be reused across repeat orders.
